- Placing Orders and Business Hours
We are open Monday through Friday 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., EST.
Before an order may be placed, it is first necessary to call our
office and establish an account. Thereafter, an order may be placed
by calling us at 502.429.8835, or by faxing us a completed order
form at 502.423.4366.
We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt and attempt
to ship orders the same day.
In order to assure that these medicaments
are used correctly, we only sell to practitioners. Hence, to purchase
CERES products in the United States you must either be a healthcare
practitioner, or purchase from a practitioner registered with our
company. (See FAQ about this issue)
Payment
Our normal policy is for payment at the time your order is placed
by Visa or Master Card. We also accept prepaid orders with business
check or money order payable in US funds.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped through US priority mail. We charge the
actual shipping cost plus a modest handling fee to help defray
costs of recycled, biodegradable, and new packaging material.
Orders above $300.00 receive free shipping in the continental
United States. Please use street address where possible. PO Boxes
may delay delivery.

Damaged Goods and Returns
Policy
It is our goal for you to be satisfied with the medicaments that
you purchase and the service that you receive. We will accept returns
caused by our error or damaged goods caused by the postal service.
Please report any errors of shipment or damaged goods immediately.
All goods that are in error or damaged in transport must be reported
to our office within 48 hours of receipt in order to be eligible
for replacement. If damaged, it is important that the original packaging
be saved in order to file a claim with the postal service. All returns
must be authorzed by Phytodyne Inc. of Kentucky prior to returning
to our office. A return authorization number will be issued to you
by our office and needs to accompany the invoice and be returned
no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. The authorization
number must be shown on the outside of the returned parcel and on
all correspondence. Medicaments that have been opened cannot be accepted
and will be destroyed upon receipt, without compensation to the purchaser.
In the event of our error or damaged goods, a check can be issued
to the customer, or credit towards the next purchase.
Customer service and Quality Assurance
- As a customer of Phytodyne Inc, of Kentucky Inc. your satisfaction
is our top priority. All our staff shares a genuine interest and knowledge
of plants and of the CERES herbal tinctures we sell. Because we are
a small company, we can offer the individualized and personal service
that you deserve. We are available to answer product usage questions,
and can direct you to further literature sources for the plants used
in the CERES remedies.
